What attracted to to book this hotel was the cleanliness and the views, you will not be disappointed. The views are really to die for, we also enjoyed the pool area. We had supper at the restaurant one evening the food was superb with an added beautiful sunset view. If your hungry while on the beach no worries the restaurant Da Maria has a great casual lunch menue, and if your a guest you also save a 10% on your meals, that was really appropriate. The hotel itself is located on a private cove, with a lovely beach, lots of lounge chairs beach umbrellas and towels at your disposal. The dinning room was spacious with natural sunlight. Also the coffee was brewed to perfection. From homemade breakfast cakes, fruit, cheeses and cold cuts plus much more. The breakfast which was included had a vast selection of food. The room was large with pelant of storage, safe, desk, refrigerator, air conditioner, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. The hotel was very clean, the room was very well stocked with all essentials. A family owned hotel catering to your every need. Firstly the staff were so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed for three night at this fabulous hotel. The entire staff was so incredibly warm and made our evening so special - the dessert presentation in the form of a pearl was so beautiful! Chef Palamero was born on the island - and in every dish you can clearly see the inspirations from the island and the waters/living organisms around it. One of the most memorable dishes was cucumber foam on top of a plate where you see plastic waste and candy wrappers-you eat the foam which is shaped like plastic trash-it’s such a creative and impactful way of sending the message about the precarious state of the waters and essentially the way of life for the people on this island. There were many dishes where we equally enjoyed the presentation and “played” with our food. All the dishes draw inspiration from the sea.
